1. Box body material
Pure PC material: good toughness, light, and fall-resistant; the most outstanding impact resistance and light weight.
ABS+PC: A material between ABC and PC, taking into account the wear resistance of ABS material and the impact resistance of PC material. The box is hard and heavier than pure PC material, but the price is affordable;
ABS material: cheap, relatively hard material, good wear resistance, not resistant to falling, easy to be damaged by bumps, brittle box, slightly poor toughness and rebound;
Aluminum-magnesium alloy: high hardness, resistant to falling, fireproof, anti-oxidation, not easy to break, high price, poor elasticity, easy to deform after violent transportation, and relatively heavy weight;
2. Wheel hub
Material: Choose TPU/TPE material for durability and silence, and plastic wheels are much better;
Wheels: Universal wheels are divided into double wheels and single wheels. Eight wheels (double wheels) are definitely more stable than four wheels (single wheels);
3. Pull rod material
Choose aluminum alloy pull rods that are not rusty or stuck. Do not choose iron pull rods that are prone to rust and cause pull-out jams;
The quality of the pull rod can be judged by whether the pull rod is smooth when pressed, whether there is jamming, and whether the shaking amplitude is too large.
Luggage lock
Generally, luggage locks are divided into ordinary locks and TSA customs locks. If you go abroad, TSA locks are preferred; if you encounter customs inspection, if you don’t have a TSA customs lock, the customs can forcefully pry open the suitcase for inspection; note that only the red diamond standard is considered a real customs lock. Closure method

Aluminum frame buckle closure: The press-type is more convenient and has a high appearance. The disadvantage is that it is heavier than the zipper, takes up space in the box, withstands long-term travel squeezing, will not deform, and is more durable.
Size
Size is usually the primary consideration for choosing a suitcase. From a compact and portable 20-inch to a spacious 30-inch, but generally speaking, 20-28 inches is enough, otherwise some aircraft have restrictions above 28 inches.
20 inches: 20-inch suitcases are generally suitable for short personal trips and airplane travel. There is no need to say much about short personal trips; for long distances, especially airplane travel, a large size with a 20-inch suitcase is perfect, after all, many airplanes can only check in one piece of luggage.
24 inches: Compared with 20-inch and 24-inch suitcases, the capacity is larger and suitable for medium and long-distance travel or family travel. Its internal space design is usually more reasonable and can accommodate more clothes and daily necessities.
26 inches: Very suitable for daily use, especially for college students. 26 inches is enough. Its internal space is spacious and can accommodate more clothes, daily necessities and even some large items.
28 inches: 28-inch suitcases can be said to be the representative of ultra-large capacity suitcases, but you must refer to your height. The height should be above 170cm, otherwise it is really not very coordinated. It is more suitable for long-distance travel or family travel. Its internal space is huge and can accommodate a large amount of clothes, daily necessities and even some large items.
